The guys are telling white lies. They have not yet handed over as yet. I have a unit in Tower 8. When I call them they talk of RERA Completion date being Nov 2024. Here the guy is shouting that entire Phase I will be delivered by end of 2023.

But you should also ensure your checking the price of these units .. atleast a rough estimate if they don’t want to disclose the actual cost they are quoting .. such detailed video and nothing about costing is like a red flag .. especially the project was launched in 2018 and we are in 2024 .. you could have asked so many questions on pricing and appreciation.. just a feedback .. I watch most of your videos they are well done but you should consider pricing as one of your top 5 questions .. If I were to consider buying this flat the first thing I would want to know is the pricing .. Mosquito mesh ,Width /height of window is important but stands secondary.. Thanks..

Hello really you are making a very good and informative videos of upcoming projects, just want to make it clear I am a investor in provident housing limited they never complete the project on time you can see the Google review also. The good thing with this company is the price range is good very reasonable only the problem would be delay in the project, but with the time of possession the prices automatic increase because the growth of India Example I bought three bedroom unit for 62.5L in 2018 and they supposed to hand over at 2022, 85% of the amount has been given the, and the government has given to everyone extension for six months, the developer always send us a new Rera certificate with New dates it has been changed three times😂 The funny thing in this is the tower is only five floors and they could not deliver It’s almost 6 years. Still, we are waiting. Now as a investor, I cannot run to get a justice. It is not that easy. The company has a very big name only the problem is the time I think they should tell to their investors it will be completed in eight years not to mak false promise. The good thing to invest in this company is it can be delay, but they will hand over it, because I heard some builder they run away And another good thing is, the prices will keep on increasing so my apartment which I bought it at 62.5L now the current market price is 1.15CR So I would suggest people to invest in provident, only have to wait a little longer to get a hand over
